Kleinsterhof, a farm in the Gsieser valley, offers meat of the highest quality. Elvis, Nora, Alina...every calf gets a name. Why, when some are already slaughtered at 8 months? Quite simply - because the Kleinsterhof in South Tyrol has heart, attention and respect for these living creatures. Each of their calves is unique and deserves not just to be an identification number, but to have a name.
For Alex Huber and his family, organic diversity comes first. Their Pustertaler-Sprinzen, which were already considered the best breed of cattle at the time of the Imperial and Royal Monarchy and were even known as far away as the royal seat of Vienna, spend the entire summer on the alpine pasture before they are also slaughtered stress-free. This way they live in their natural environment and enjoy the freedom and freshness of the mountain air.
