From the Mountain Residence Montana follow the road uphill towards Ampfertaler Höfe. Continue towards path n. 10 towards Ascht Alm (1950m, refreshment stop). From there along the forest track towards Pfinnalm. Halfway along the road turn left and follow the Almweg 2000 in the direction of Ragotz Alm and then continue in the direction of Hörneckele (beautiful summit cross with a magnificent view of the Dolomites with Seekofel).

Descent via Ragotzalm and Brammstall Alm back to the Mountain Residence Montana.
