From the starting point in Taisten, follow the main road or trail no. 21. Pass the church and continue along Unterrainer Straße to the turn-off after Hotel Alpen Tesitin, to the Guggenberg farmstead group (1407m). Follow trail no. 21B through woods and meadows to Weiler Mitterberg (Emmersberg, 1418m). There you go up to the Riedlwiesen, where there are several hay huts (approx. 1675m). After crossing the Taistner stream, follow trail no. 38 to a forest path that leads back downhill to the Oberhaus farm (1503m) and the Weiler Maraberg (Jedsberg; 1431m). Now head eastwards through a forest and across meadows to Weiler Haspa and uphill again to the Ladstatt farm (1484m). After crossing the Rudelgraben, walk along a forest road and a farm access road to the Hölzlhof (1433m), from where you follow the farm road and trail no. 55 northwards first to Weiler Schintlholz (1470m) and then finally to Weiler Henzing (approx. 1200m) on the Gsieser road. There is a bus stop here where you can take the bus back to Taisten.
