From the Mountain Residence Montana along the path “Talblickweg” towards the end of the valley to the hamlet of Rootmoos. From there follow the signs nr. 49 into the valley. The path leads to the Pidigalm (1674m), where you continue straight on, past various hay sheds (some with avalanche protection) always on the orographically right side of the valley, parallel to the stream, until you reach the Oberbergalm (1975m). From here it gets a little steeper until you reach your hiking destination, the Gsieser Törl (2205m). On the way back, it is worth stopping at the Kradorfer Alm (1704m) or the Messner Hut (1660m).
