Go by car to Taisten/ Tesido and from there to the mountain Restaurant Mudlerhof. Shortly after the Mudlerhof you reach a large parking lot. From the parking lot, follow the forest path with the marking no. 31 in western direction. After the first corner, take a steep, somewhat bumpy path on the left to get directly to the higher forest road. Cross the forest road and follow the red and white markings and the path marked n.31, which is characterized by a wonderful mountain panorama and soon you will see the cross on the summit of the Lutterkopf (2145m). The rest of the tour takes you through free alpine meadows. Following the crest, after a while you reach a fence with an opening that leads directly down to the Taistner Vorderalm (2012m, refreshment stop). If you like, you can continue hiking to tackle the last ascent to the Durakopf (2275m). From the summit, the trail then heads east down to Klenkboden (2186m) and from there southwards across an extensive alpine meadow to the Taistner Vorderalm. To the starting point, you continue along the alpine pasture path or the tobogganing trail.
