From the tourist office in St. Martin, walk along the main road, past the football pitch, on the path of reflection. After the hamlet of Kapairen, cross the bridge and continue out of the valley. Pass the hamlet of Selbenbach, cross another bridge and follow the road on the left to the electrical plant. On a field path, you reach the Kircherwirt (refreshment stop) and the Kahnwirt (refreshment stop), past the church, and finally back to the starting point.
