Approach by car to St. Martin or as far as Karbacher Hof in St. Martin (1425m). In St. Martin, walk from the tourist office along the valley road to "Marakirchl" and cross the road here in the direction of Örlerhof. Walk past the farm to the Karbacherhof (refreshment stop, 1440m). The road ends shortly after the farm and from there the hike to the Gallfallalm, 3 km away, begins. Follow the trail markings nr. 36 and nr. 42 and after about half an hour you will reach the Leachalm (1618m). After about 20 minutes you reach your destination, the Gallfallalm at 1667m (no refreshments available).
